This document sets out the Terms and Conditions you need to be aware of when using this website. Please take a moment to read them, as they set out your important rights and obligations – Kowhai cares about making sure we both know where we stand. Kowhai Dalton is dedicated to assisting and supporting people in positively changing their lives. This is done by offering people spiritual mentoring, intuitive holistic healing guidance, yoga practices and energetic healings. Advice and information offered by Kowhai Dalton in any one on one session is based exclusively on her impressions and experiences. She makes no promises regarding the accuracy, relevance and quality of the information and the methods used in her work. Kowhai Dalton is a qualified personal trainer and yoga certified teacher, however, all of her work is offered to clients from a holistic spiritual perspective to aid them in their self-healing and self-empowerment. Kowhai Dalton does not claim to heal people. She simply allows people to experience and access their optimal selves. FORMS OF PAYMENT Kowhai Dalton use the 3rd party payment platform,  Stripe to process credit and debit card transactions. By making a purchase from Kowhai Dalton, you also agree to be bound by Stripe Terms of Service.  You are responsible for all transactions (one-time, recurring, and refunds) processed through Stripe. Kowhai Dalton is not liable for loss or damage from errant or invalid transactions processed with your transaction account.  This includes transactions that were not processed due to a network communication error, or any other reason. If You process a transaction, it is your responsibility to verify that the transaction was successfully processed. Direct Deposit payments may also be arranged on request. All services and products for Kowhai Dalton are in NZ Dollars. 


PAYMENT PLANS Payment Plans may be available for some services and products. Please ask us for information about the specific course you are considering.



Online sessions with Kowhai Dalton are provided via Zoom. A link will be provided to you at the time of booking.



In-person sessions are available location dependant.  The address will be provided at the time of booking.


For online sessions please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and are in a quiet place where you will not be interrupted. In addition to the intuited guidance, we’ll work with your questions if you have anything specific you’d like to explore, so you might want to prepare some questions in advance.



If client arrives more than 10mins after the agreed booking date – client forfeits the session with no re-scheduled offered.

If client arrives between the booking time and the 10 minute cut off mark, the session will still conclude at the agreed session time.



24 hours’ notice is required to cancel your appointment or payment is forfeited. Kowhai Dalton reserves the right to postpone scheduled appointments if personal circumstances require it.



Kowhai Dalton does not offer refunds to customers or clients who simply change their mind. There is a non-refundable deposit amount of 50% for all workshops if cannot attend the booked workshop they are able to transfer their booking to the next available workshop/program. In the unlikely event that Kowhai Dalton cancels the workshop/program, any amount paid will be refunded in full. The cost of any one on one session, product or service is non-refundable but all reasonable attempts will be made to reschedule to a new time if a client cannot make an existing booking and notifies Kowhai Dalton with more than 24 hours’ notice. If Kowhai Dalton is unable to make the appointed time, all reasonable attempts will be made to reschedule to the next available appointment time that suits the client.


CLIENT PROBLEMS If a client or student has a major problem, they are required to make every reasonable effort to make their concerns known to Kowhai Dalton. We will do our best to resolve the situation to the mutual satisfaction of everyone involved. If we are unable to negotiate a satisfactory conclusion, the matter will proceed to formal mediation before a neutral third party. Jurisdiction Kowhai Dalton is based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and the laws of that jurisdiction govern this agreement and any disputes arising under it.
